We have been married for almost a year and he still hasn't received his greencard! We want to take a European Cruise and I was wondering what visas he would need to get and how soon he would be able to received them.

If he doesn't have his green card or visa DON'T LEAVE. You need to fill out a request for travel. http://www.uscis.gov/ form. If he leaves he might not be able to get back into the united states. Your best bet is to contact USCIS and ask them. As far as time goes.....yeah....its USCIS.... |
