Where to obtain financing if you want to invest in Nicaragua?

I would like to know if there is a mortgage broker that would lend money to people who want to purchase real estate in Nicaragua or other central american countries? or perhaps with a local bank in Nicaragua? Any advice would be great thanks!

I just got married in Costa Rica a couple of weeks ago. The photographer for our wedding also was a real estate investor in Central America. Specifically Costa Rica and Nicaragua. I was asking him about it because I was also interested in purchasing real estate in Costa Rica. He said he started in Costa Rica about 5 years ago but was quickly priced out.
