Go downtown. There are 2 great places. One is where the college atudents hang out. The other is for tourists. Both are very nice.

They have good travel tips on botth and ther is a group of rowdy party guys on poor but happy...
I have its great.. Bogota is a very Cosmopolitan city and has everything you need to have fun.... It has great clubs, bars, and shopping! and its cheap... I know, I have family there..
