Travel Info Ecuador/Peru or Bolivia/Paraguay, which two to visit? Travel Tips From the historic point of view, Ecuador and Peru have more to offer than the other two. I am not saying there's nothing to see in Bolivia or Paraguay but there is plenty more to see and do in Ecuador and Peru. Peru: has coast, highlands and Jungle so there are 3 regions to explore (plus Machu Picchu which will be a new wonder) Ecuador: Quito, Cuenca, Guayaquil, middle of the world (equator line), Galapagos. Try these two countries first and leave the others for a second trip. Others Having been to all those countries I would say the Ecuador/Peru combo provides more bang for the buck in my opinion. You have traditional Indian culture, Spanish culture, architecture, ruins, great beaches, Galapagos islands, Amazon jungle.... in short, everything in just two countries. Peru is nice PERU! Its fabulous there! Theres so many historical places to see. The best place to go is to machu picchu. Its a great place of incan ruins. Theres so much adventure and excitement. I had lots of fun when i went. A great thing to do is river refting. You also have to go to cusco and of couse to the capital, Lima. Have fun on your trip. I hope you take my advice :D |
