Travel Tips pay for a 1st class bus...that will keep you on the toll roads...the safest roads. you may have to go just over the border, and take the bus from the mexican bus station, to get this kind of bus. you can take greyhound just over the border, and then get a bus like ETN...or something like that. ask around. just say "big seats??" and make motions like you want to sleep, and you want a big seat...and you'll be fine. expect to pay about 60 bucks for this nice bus. and ixtapa??? now that's a LOT further!!! but all the buses are very convienient. Others Where are you coming from? When you get to the border go to the bus station & probably you will discover several bus lines servicing Mazatlan leaving fairly frequently . . . If you are traveling at night, spend a little extra & ask for "Executivo Service". That's 2 seats on one side & one on the other. Opt for the single, larger, more comfortablr single seat. You could fly for about the same price if you shop - much quicker as well http://sparks-mexico.com/ They are all good. Third class is better than greyhound You should really try to fly, specially if you are going to Ixtapa. It is a loooong way and not much cheaper in a bus than in a plane. |
