Divorce in Mexico?

Travel Info
Early asked about alimony in Mexico. We were married in Mexico, he is Mexican. Now getting divorce here. Will he be required by Mexican law to pay alimony? Is it enforceable if the answer is yes?

Travel Tips
Yes if you were not working during the marriage he has to support you until you get a steady job. For your kids it is call 'Pension Alimenticia' and it should be enough for pay school, clothes, food, etc just like USA if you are getting divorce here the judge here has to advice Mexican family court about it and they will enforce believe me they will I'm an attorney in Mexico and they will is gone a take time but he has to pay retroactive, for all the time he hasn't.

Others
just if you have kids with him
