hey, girls are girls are girls...just like everywhere. but - i lived 4 years in Mexico and had some very serious relationship with Mexican girls. they were amazing girls, not after my money. it was real love.
in some places (Tijuana for example) there are many slutts, but, thats because of all the gringos crossing over the border.

Many of them like gringos, but it just depends on the girl. she will not approach you,. you would have to approach her.
Well, it depends on the girls. If you are "gringo" but really nice and romantic and sweet then she'll be more open to you. If you are a complete jerk, she'll most likely not like you no matter how rich you are. There are sluts in Mexico, but there are sluts everywhere. The majority of Mexican girls tend to be very sweet and want to find "true love". Speaking a bit of Spanish helps, too.
Depending where you are at.
If you are at the beach, everybody becomes a 5lutt, almost as the ones you have on spring break at your country.
If you are in Mexico City, wich is more cosmopolitan they dont, because if you go to clubs or pubs in Mexico City, people are more educated and involved with the world, so they actually despite gringos.
But the rest of Mexico its ok with it.
Also depends how do you behave.
