How much money for Mexico? |
Travel Info Im traveling to mexico at the end of march for one week...ill be all over. Mexico city, Acapulco, Puebla, and possibly Veracruz...How much spending money is needed? I mean, im not staying at some Americanized resort like cancun.... Travel Tips I give you the cost of the things in Mexico, Food in a normal restaurant for one person. 30 dls a day. Hotel. nice but not luxurious from 20 to 50 dls a day Transportation in city depends on distance and trafic. A bus from mexico to veracruz ... 40 dls Hope this is may help you. Others $100 per day is enough (not counting hotel costs). Hotels will cost from $10 up. You can pay alot or a little for hotels depending on how nice you want it to be. I would plan on 200.00 dollars a day for food, hotel and excursions. You don't want to run out of money. tip:bring your ATM card and withdraw as needed. Have a great trip. About $1,000-1,500 depending how much you are willing to spend on hotels, food and souvenirs. you know read all this stuff about 10 dollar hotel rooms and stuff...and after living there for over a year...i can tell you i never found one of those ten dollar rooms. for a week...i'd say bring 1,000..and you may come back with over half of it...you may spend all of it. it's a vacation!!! just go crazy and do all the fun stuff you want to do! stay in a cool hotel, eat too much, take the nice bus, do whatever you want! but i'm sure it wil be less than 1,000 |
