I'm not sure what your question is but I can think of two ways to answer:

1. Be generous, kind, open-hearted, gracious, welcoming, polite, happy. That's a generalization, of course, but a good one.

2. If you mean how to be allowed to live there, contact any Mexican consulate and inquire about the different legal documents. FM3 is a very popular one.

I lived in Mexico for 10 years and we will retire back there. Buena suerte.
