Do i need a passport to cross into mexico by land? |
Travel Info we plan on going to monterrey, mexico in june but i had not planned on getting passports for my family, unless it's necessary. Travel Tips No. But you will need one to cross back into the US. Others No but you do by air. Not until 2009 no..... if you travel by air or boat you need a passport but if you cross over the border you doint need one.. but it will change next year that you need a passport for air land and sea... Only if you want to get back in... i would bring one just in case so border patrol lets you back in Not until 2008/2009. Go research the "travel by land and passports" it should take you to a US Gov. website on travel. |
