Has any one been to Cuba or Mexico?

I like Mexico very much, especially the culture of the people and beautiful beaches.
I'm American and can't travel to Cuba but I hear the beaches and hotels are very nice. What I don't like is I can't travel to Cuba.

I haven't been yet but I would like to go.
I've been to Mexico twice. Once for a mission trip (Durango)and the other for my honeymoon (Cancun). I liked it because it gave me another cultural experience.

It's good to see how other people live in the world. Not everyone lives like we do in the US and it's so easy to get caught up in the lifestyle here and loose perspective of other people and countries.

Go see the world!!! It's amazing out there!!!
i,v been to CUBA 3 times & MEXICO once ,cuba is the best place to go ,plenty culture & great trips ,mexico=cancun is like ibiza for american,s ,very thing is geared up for american taste
would go back to cuba but not mexico
I have been to Mexico, it is a closed currancy but the rate is very good, the touristy areas are just that, touristy. Other areas are fine and you get a good sense of the culture. the people are lovely but unless your spanish is good you are in big trouble as English is not widely spoken.
I'm Mexican and i have been in Cuba, nice place really charming and pretty womans, the only bad thing about that is that they can't put anything on your passport if you are planning to visit USA because with that stamp USA border security won't let you get in.
