Will the housing slump in USA affect housing prices in Baja Mexico Rosarito and Ensanada ?

I am wanting to buy a house in the baja and was courious if I could get a better price because of the slump in the US

Probably not. Plenty of million dollar condos in Baja California at no reduction in prices.

Others
I've heard it said that, "Where the US goes economically, so goes Mexico". There might be a slight bubble but I doubt it. I don't think it will effect Baja RE prices
