Is mexico a tropical country?

Travel Info
and what are the characteristics, lifestyles, of the people living there? what are their originalities?

Travel Tips
In the south its a tropical country but in the north its different. Have you travelled thru Arizona (i.e. Phoenix or Tucson), well the Sonora desert in Arizona is part of the greater Sonora desert than runs to the south, into the state of Sonora, Mexico. Mexico is very long, top to bottom so the climate is very diverse just like California is different from say Michigan.

If U have to write a report for school why don't you research it yourself?
Lots of web sites about Mexico, people vegetation etc. Yes, in the central and southern states very tropical.
Oh my Gosh, I can help you with some of this question but Mexico is very diverse and very different and it depends on what part of the Country you are. The State of Chihuahua atleast a large part of it lies in the desert and so does the State of Sonora and some States near that area on the North part of the Country. The South part of Mexico where Yucatan and Quintana Roo are located are tropical. The state of Chiapas is covered with huge and beautiful mountains and pine trees all over as well as other kinds of vegetation but its winters are a bit cold. Now for the culture and lifestyle it is so different when you compare the lifestyle in the North part of the Country to the Central part of the Country and the South part of the Country. From personal experience I have learned how very different the lifestyle can be if you were to compare it and brake it up into three parts. Now its origins: Mexico, just like Central and South America have indigenous groups all over but in many areas of the Country of Mexico these indigenous groups mixed with Spaniards during the Spanish Conquest so the Mexican people are the product of Spanish and Indigenous people - now this happened some centuries ago. But you can still find many indigenous groups in Mexico who continue to speak their native languages and carry out their way of life as they did in the past. Hope this was helpful.
