However, the most popular chip are the handmade ones with lemon and Valentina salsa. These are usually made right in the street in large, portable fryers....and they are delicious! You can also eat a botana....that would include these chips, churros, and peanuts. All, of course, served with lemon and chile. Others TORTILLA CHIPS Anything spicy, i like buying the cooked ones. Limon with hot sauce, spicy Oddly, kettle fried, like Cape Cod. A little known fact is that hot spicy foods were invented to cover the bad taste of the only available low quality mexican meat.
