hmm... something about not wanting to leave - returning home with family - because they've fallen in love with somebody and want to stay by their side. Sweet.
It means: "I don't know, maybe I couldn't return with my family... to fall in love with you and then you leave me".

The original idea is not so clear in Spanish, but it reflects fear and uncertainity about (I guess) a romantic proposal.
Obviously a Mexican wrote that note. Horrible orthographic errors!!!
this is badly written but it means more o less:
If i fall in love with you, then if you leave me; I cannot return to my family
