No, but remember to take a birth certificate AND if you are not the parent or legal guardian take a notarized card saying you are in charge of the children.

no, but if the minor is traveling with only one parent, the parent will need a letter from the other parent. it would be wise though, to bring a copy of the child's birth certificate.
