Can anyone recommend a nice, safe hotel in Rosarito, Mexico? |
Travel Info A friend and I will be going to Rosarito, Mexico next month and after looking at hotels on line I am over whelmed. We want to be very close to the night life and somewhere clean and safe. If anyone also has any information on a bus that can be taken directly from San Diego into Rosarito that would be helpful. Travel Tips Pick up the Mexicoach bus right close to the trolley or the parking lots right beside the border. www.mexicoach.com I think you can also catch that bus downtown SD as well. It will take you to the Rosarito Beach Hotel- You mentioned clean and safe hotels, but not cheap... if you want clean and safe and are willing to pay for it- Rosarito Beach Hotel is top of the line, right on the beach- you can book online. www.rosaritobeachhotel.com In Rosarito, you'll have a otugh time finding a beach that is not clean and safe as long as you stay on the main road "Benito Juarez". Los Pelicanos is on the beach, small inexpensive and nice... Check out what you can online, call and ask- you'll find the folks helpful and if they cannot give you a room, they may tell you of a comparable place Enjoy Rosarito! Others go to craigslist.com and get a a condo or a house better its more private and don't know much about bus but there are taxis as soon as you walk in to TJ just make sure you ask them to give you a flat rate cause if you don't they will take advantage of you |
