Whats the mayea riveria like compared to cancun? |
Travel Info just wondering, the diffefrence in area or anything you can tell me...........i been to cancun didnt m uch like it but MR is it worth a try? Travel Tips Cancun is party central. The Riviera Maya is more laid back and has beautiful beaches and great water. It's closer to the sites, ruins etc. I like the Riviera Maya simply because it is quieter and more laid back. The resorts tend to be somewhat smaller. I don't care for Cancun, but I love Playa Del Carmen and Akumal in the Riviera Maya. I say try it. I think you'll like it. Others All of the Maya Riviera has beautiful white beaches and crystaline, turqouise sea waters but the rest of the Maya Riviera is less populated, has less people, less tourism and its more peaceful. |
