If I am to go to mexico with my boyfriend what would I have to go and for me and for my children to go?

Travel Tips
If you want to return - you all need passports.
Others
You will need passports for you and your kids.
What? Read your question again and translate please!
You don't need passports if you go by land. You need birth certificates for proof of citizenship.

Also, as of this week, since passports are so backed up, you can temporarily use proof that you applied for a passport to fly.

i say you should take all yours and the kids registrations.
if you are divorced, you will need a letter from the childrens father allowing them to go with you out of the country...a very big consideration to be sure.. passports are necessary to get back in the united states.....or at least proof of passport application as of today, 6/08/07, due to backlog at the passport office...sooo....if you don't have a passport, be sure to apply for one, and , take birth certificates with you for additional peace of mind
