I,m from the USA and plan on moving to Mexico to live. Will I like it there? |
Travel Info I will be going with a mexican friend and his wife and hope to meet a women there. Will I get home sick for the USA and what part of mexico is good to live.. I like a place with trees plants and is peaceful. Travel Tips Anywhere you go in Mexico you will find women since most men venture to the USA in hope of better life. There are towns full of women where the only guys are 15 or younger. For vegetation and plants, try the central or southern states or the gulf states. Will you be home sick? It depends. Food will be much more differently that what you might have tried as Mexican food and just the overall cultural change might overwhelm you. But there are fast food places like McDonald's and places like that in the bigger cities. Have fun and when you do find a girl let me know so I can go and get one too. Others Checkout Chiapas. Plenty of waterfalls, mountains & women. The States of Chiapas, Quintana Roo and Yucatan have a lot of vegetation...these are beautiful states. Chiapas has huge mountains covered with trees and rivers and water falls. Quintana Roo has the Caribbean right on its coast and this is beautiful too. Yucatan is also close to the beaches and it is a very peaceful place. About getting home sick you might at first but there are many Americans living in these places too... you might want to travel and check it out for yourself and perhaps make one or two trips per year back home after you move so you can get adjusted. Mexico is beautiful and you will find many beautiful places and wonderful people in it. Goodluck. Cuernavaca is beautiful as well as Guanajuato City. Stay away from Mexico city because then you will hate Mexico as a country. Tabasco is beautiful. I find that when I go to Mexico it's a great time to disconnect from the everyday hustle and bustle. I enjoy not being glued to all the electronic gizmos and the chaos of living in Florida. I enjoy the tranquility I find in Mexico, but am sure that in places like the D.F. and other large cities it is just as bad. Usually at the end of my 2 week stay I do miss the "American lifestyle" but am sure I could learn to leave it. |
