Vacation Stomach Upsets? |
Travel Info I've just returned from holiday in the Mexico with an awful tummy upset (very suddend and urgent diarrhea!) was in an awful mess on the journey home on the plane. (very embarrassing!) been like this for 3 days, with very little control!....LoL ( not! ) Anyone else had problems like this? Travel Tips I'd go to the doctor if I were like that for 3 days. No food, just clear liquids should help flush the problem out of your system. I had diarrhea in Mexico a couple of times, but it only lasted a day or two. Clear liquids helped. Others Pepto Bismol should help a lot How could you even post your photo and then talk about how you have diarrhea????? That's cool! I've had diarrhea before. jajajajajaj! I went to mexico a month ago and was the same! We musta ate something awful or expired! I went to the bathroom about 20-30 times in 3 days...lost 6 pounds from all the fluids i was depositing! jajajajj! Took a penacilan pill of some kind,its a stomach infection from rotten food...trust me! It's normal to have stomach problems when you travel, when i visited the US i got sick the first week. Drink water and have a dish of enchiladas or chilaquiles to get back in track hehe |
