Travel to Mexico if passport has maiden name, plane ticket has married name?

Travel Info
My wife and I will be traveling to Mexico very soon. Her passport has her maiden name but the boarding pass has her married (current) name. In the past she has been able to supplement the passport with our marriage certificate when boarding as proof of the name change. Has this policy changed along with the more stringent passport laws recently enacted? The State Department's website does not answer this in their FAQ.

Travel Tips
I would call your airline agency...They can difffer between them.

You probably should have purchased the ticket in her maiden name with all the passport issues going on. But the marriage certificate should suffice...I would recommend though getting a replacement passport asap. This paper will actually work also until the 'real' one comes in.
your passport has to have you legal name and right now it is still your married name. They are really strict. Trust me.
