I am traveling to Mexico for vaccation to Mexico and I am going to the mexican consulate in portland, OR to apply for the visa. I am also 3/4 way through w/ my green card application and have my AP documents already. How long will it take to get the visa?

If you are just going to Mexico as a tourist for 180 days or less, you can actually get that card at the border or on the plane. Since you are not a U.S. citizen or green card holder yet...it won't hurt to go to the consulate to be on the safe side. I got my long-term mexican visa in the Denver office in one day.
