Where is in Mexico would it be warmest in March and be on the ocean?

By March, it's pretty warm all over Mexico but the warmest will be on the Yucatan, the sea is shallower. Cancun is okay if you are into Club Med type of vacation but there are lots of more romantic places like Cozumel.
