Travel Tips i live in cali and my neighbor has been bringing in illegal fireworks for years and he has never got into trouble. but last year one of his friends was caught and the guy got in big trouble. my neighbor is no longer gunna do it because it is now harder then ever to bring them in. if you must have them try to buy them from ppl who bring them in. it might cost a little more but its better then getting caught by the mexican police. Others go close to the border i.e. 50 yards and light the blue touch paper then run!!!! lol Do it like the mexicans. Buy a loaf of bread, tear holes in all of the pieces, except for the 2 end pieces, and stuff fireworks in them, then put it back in the bag. Or give it to a kid in mexico and tell him to run. If he doesnt make it, u wont get in trouble. You can't. The importation of fireworks into the US from Mexico is restricted by federal law. Fireworks are illegal also in Mexico, i live in M茅xico and now its harder to get fireworks, still in the "barrios", commonly old mans sell them but you have to find out they're sellers somewhere because they do that under tha table, ask the kids just like me =). You have to stash them to cross the border better dont risk i don't recommend you to try that. Illegal to bring them back, but don't shoot them off around my casa or I'll call the policia. |
