Actually the Northern part of Spain (Cantabria, Basque region and the Spanish Pyrenees) gets the most precipitation - It is known as the "green" part of spain. Granada is in Andalucia which experiences more arid and desert-like conditions.

Others
The south...Granada, Cartagena, etc.
im not entirely sure, id say maybe inland spain is hotter, because it doesnt have the sea breezes, but as to where is morer humid,........really to be honest its so hot EVERYWHERE in spain in june jully and august that it doesnt matter where you go, your going to boil
The north in general. Galicia in particular.
