Travel Info Finding it hard to get passed the 'Polarus world 拢200,000' estate agents! just looking for a real Spanish house the locals buy - any ideas? Travel Tips I used to live in a small spanish port in southern spain, off the beaten track, you couldn`t by a flat there for less than e100.00 , only way you would find a town house at that price would be well inland and derilict possibly a village not discovered by the brits. You will alway pay over the odds with people like polaris. your just across the border from Gib so la Linea would have caught the English bug of high prices i tried to buy a bungalow in Gib some years back and it was a terrific price so i guess they are at a premium so if you want a house like the Spanish live in you have to go well inland You are joking! There's nothing here habitable for that amount of money, but hold on to your dosh a bit longer as there could be something as prices are starting to fall because nothing's selling here, anywhere, at all! 30,000 euro !!!!!!!! I think you may be 10 years too late. There are many estate agents offering lower price property but it depends where you want to live.
