Travel Info Do you know any companies on the Mallorca Island which offer picking jobs?? CHERRY, PEAR, APPLE and such.... Or any small villages, which want people to help them pick their fruits and berrie....??? Travel Tips Hi Chris. Spain has great summer resorts with loads of summer jobs dotted along the 5,000 kilometres of coastline. Having said that, nearly seventy per cent of Spains 40 million population works in the service industry so casual work outside the British hotspots can be a bit harder to find. Many summer jobs in more traditional Spanish resorts are also taken by the workforce that migrates between tourism and fruit picking jobs.
