Travel Info Can anyone recommend some good three star hotels in central Madrid? Travel Tips Hotel El Prado -- stayed here a few years ago. Great location, very close to Paza Santa Ana -- and near Prado and Puerta Del Sol. Other Travel Tips For God's sake just stay the heck away from anything that says "Catholic" or "Inquisition"!!!! You should tour the dungeon's they used to torture Protestants and Jews in before burning them at the stake...And don't forget your camera for all those Kodak moments.... Madrid is a lively city with many pubs, cafes, discotheques and nightclubs open late into the night.
