Depends were your starting point is? however the major international airport for the costa del sol is Malaga, Hire a car or book a coach to Cadiz along the n340 By car 3.hours with a short stop.coach is 4hours plus depending on the number of stops. Closest airport Jerez de la Frontera. Cadiz is served by local rail network from Jerez and Sevilla. Buses too tend to be reliable and cheap in this part of the world. The old town of Cadiz has very little parking space so think twice before driving there unless you get a hotel with car parking attached.
