What should I wear to Switzerland in winter? |
Travel Info it's my first winter vacation and i have no idea what to wear. im from a tropical country and its pretty much warm all the time, so i really have no idea what clothes to get for the trip. what kind of pants should i wear? shoes? tops? please help! thanks! Travel Tips layering system is the best. there are some warmer places (ticino) and right now it is too warm for switzerland. so just be ready for all temperatures between +20 to -10 C掳 and you should be fine. the houses, shops etc. are usually cozy and warm! Others Long Pants, a thick winter coat, have long underwear ready and warm boots. Jeans, Sweaters that's it. Gloves and a scarf. Maybe a tuque for your head. Don't forget waterproof shoes,so you can walkin snow. Also, fleece sweaters as it can keep you warm. I typically use a good coat (feathered). Gloves and head cover lined with fleece too. Some time I would use thermal shirts under heavy coats to keep my body temp regulated. |
