Can you rent an apartment for 6 months in Switzerland? |
Travel Info I cant' find anything on the web that shows you apartments that you can rent for at least 3-6 months in switzerland. Any idea where I could find a website with this info? Travel Tips Renting an apartment for less than a year is a bit tricky in Switzerland (at least in the French-speaking part, which is where I used to live). Most people I know who had short-term rentals actually sublet from people, but not from the landlords. The agents (regie) usually try to get longer-term rentals.. In Geneva area, you can try www.wrgfm.com classifieds; there's a craigslist as well but it's not that commonly used. Others Yes, it should be possible, but you'd have to find a place where they rent out appartements for temporary housing. |
