Windsurfing, cultural and nature filled holiday?

I am looking for suggestions for a good holiday spot for my family, e all have totally diferent interests.
I am in ater sports Windsurfing and kitesurfing in particular. I ould like somehere near a beach ith good surfing facilities and Waves. If this is not possible i Would like someWhere near a lake With good Wind and facilities.

My mum is into fatography and nature. For example colourful floers and scenery such as mountains, she also likes animals and We Were planning a safary.

My dad likes culture; art museums old buildings ect. (and other museums)

All these things must be included in the recomended resourts. My parents do not like croded places so they are out of the question asell. Pleases leave Websites and suggestions!

I strongly suggest Uruguay and/or Argentina.

For you ... the beaches along the coast of Uruguay are incredible for windsurfing or regular surfing. Also the water is not too cold and the beaches are clean and not crowded (unless you go to Punta del Este).

For mum ... nature is abounding in Uruguay. There are so many incredible things to photograph. In Colonia del Sacramento there are old, crumbling buildings framed with flowering vines and beautiful old lighthouses. There is an abundance of nature reserves along the coast where you can see flowers sprouting from sand dunes, beaches laden with shells of all sorts and colors, and a hundred species of birds. It's a photographer's paradise.

For dad ... Monte Video has so much recent history. It's an incredible city and has many cultural sites to visit. He would also like Colonia del Sacramento. Even smaller towns have wonderful buildings and museums to visit.

Hopefully I've sold you a bit on Uruguay, but wherever you end up I hope you have a wonderful holiday!
