Can someone have both a British passport and a Pakistan passport at the same time? |

Yes its called dual-nationality I don't know about Pakistan. Britain, in principle, does allow dual nationality but the authorities look at individual on a case by case basis. You would also need to notify Paksitan that you are taking up British nationality. Yes, as everyone says. You'll probably find it quite useful to have two passports as some countries are more stringent with some passports than others.
