Travel Info What place is worth to go when i travel in UK? Travel Tips Well, have to agree with Spikles00.... go to to the airport and get out of there. Of course England is very beautiful in places, but unfortunately the people have changed. Forget all that English gentlemen bullshit, that is all in the past, the new generation are nasty, normally drunk and brutish. It is easy to spot Englishmen abroad these days, normally in a pack of half a dozen or so, all wearing England football T-shirt, white trainers, shaven headed, grunting like animals and carrying a sixpack of beer... one can for each brain cell! Plus England is a virtual police state, wherever you go they will be cameras watching you. It is estimated when walking in town centres you a captured on camera 200-300 times within 30 minutes. It is a surveillance society worthy of Big Brother! And this is an Englishman talking! I left the place years ago to live in a more civilised country like Holland! Last time I was in England was five years ago- first night out on town, some drunken yob stared at me and said "you f****** looking at me or what, you C***? A few steps further three young women staggering about drunk and one vomiting in the gutter... I thought if this is modern England you can shove it. I bought my ticket back next day. Of course there are still pleasant places and people too, but in general my advice is-Go to Holland, Denmark or Germany, much more pleasant and civilised! Others Edinburgh! Cornwall definitely, Devon absolutely lovely. But to me Cornwall is the best:))) Anywhere except London. CONTROV! the pub London and Glasgow are both lovely places, Canterbury. Beautiful historic city and very multicultural. Lots of good cafes restaurants and an excellent theatre.. |
