I found a good rate using this website but, I am unsure if I should purchase it on the website or by telephone If anyone has used it and had good experience or vice versa. Please let me know. Thanks

Don't get that. They may give an excellent rate, but if problems arise there is nobody to call and no course of action to fall back on. Travel Agents can help you best with this, because they want to keep you as a customer and make sure they do everything they can to keep you happy. We are taught this, as well, when in college.
