Travel Tips Mesa Verdes. South Western corner of Colorado - near 4 corners. Four corners is where New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado meet. You almost got the right state. Others mesa verde is the main one but there are hundreds through out nm, az, co,ut Are you talking about Montezuma Castle. Ancient Indian cliff-dwelling in AZ ? I was there in April of this year. Look at the picture I took and see if this is it. http://www.flickr.com/photos/8035510@n02... Your probably talking about the Anasazi and (or) Pueblo Indians. Go to wikipedia/Indian/cliff dweller and then to #5 Native American Resources. You will find anything you want there and there are other sites also...... Wikipedia/Indians/cliff dwellers Native American Resourses Sounds like the Montezuma castle that the other answerer said. It's fun to visit, but bring your mosquito repellent. :) |
