depends on the airlines booking conditions you need to call them and find out if it is a refundable ticket, most of them don't refund.
Others
Call the airline....they can answer all your questions....normally tickets are not refundable but maybe they will allow the tickets to be switched to another date...but i am sure you will have to pay a fee for this.
