The last time I flew on the plane - the lady attendant told us (passengers) to turn off our cell phone while the plane is taxing, but when the plane lands and taxing the lady attendant goes on the speaker telling us that we as passengers can now turn our cell phones on and can call out if we wanted to. Why is this? Can someone explain this to me?
