Which is better : Outer Banks of NC or Miami Beach ??? Please put the reasons for why you choose it

Depends on what your looking for. Miami Beach and South Beach are defiantly the party place to be. It is more expensive than the outer banks. You can sit on the wide sidewalk in South Beach and people watch. It is cool!! Parts of the beach are topless. Expensive shopping, many drink shops. Very retro. Beautiful water. Weather is almost always good, even in the winter.
Outer banks are defiantly family beaches. There isn't the "beach" stuff, they have nice restaurants, wide beaches, though not any wear as wide as South Beach, no boardwalk, no where for people to "hang out" and really no place to meet any one if your single.
Two totally different beach experiences.
