Travel Tips Unterwasser in Unterwasser in Switzerland has always been such a cool name to me. When I was there it was in the spring and just beautiful It's a small place without alot of people, that is why I like it so much. Unter means under and pronounced oonter, and wasser is pronounced vahser and means water, there is a small waterfall there and that's where it gets it's name.
