Since you're sending it from the US you will use our stamps. The post office can give you a rate, but if you know the weight of the letter/package, just go to the website, click on postage calculator, choose the type of package or letter, put Italy in the drop down menu, and you'll get your mail options. I send letters to England frequently and use the USPS (U.S. Postal Service)website all the time. Never had a letter come back!
