I'm going to St. Petersburg, FL next weekend. Where is a good place to stay? |
Travel Info I would prefer to be on the beach in a nice hotel that is not too expensive. Travel Tips well, avoid the Don Caesar, Tradewinds Resort, Beaches Resort There are affordable hotels there. But while you are there, check out the bird sanctuary, Fort DeSoto Park--right off of the Pinellas Bayway to Tierre Verde Island. Make sure you go to the South end of the park where you can get a picture perfect view of the Sunshine Skyway bridge--it is phenomanal. Have fun and don't forget your sunscreen. If you like the arts, in downtown St.Pete, there is the Salvador Dali art museum.
