Best place to travel for a university grad trip? |
Travel Info I'm a Canadian student graduating from university this year and I'd like to go on a trip this summer (likely just my boyfriend and I). What are some great places to go that I could get the most for my money? I'm up for either an exploration/touristy trip or a relaxing trip, but my boyfriend won't go to Asia(not sure why) or Africa (because he's from there). Travel Tips Interesting question that you pose. Some things to consider(I am Owner of a Travel Agency): 1- Do you and your B/F have a specific departure/return date in mind? 2- You say that Asia and Africa are out of the question. Having said that, what type of vacation did you have in mind? (I ask only because depending on where you want to go and what you want to do on your vacation may make a difference on where your eventual vacation spot would be.) 3- Do you have a Travel budget in place? (Again, it will make a difference as to where you go on vacation) Depending on what your vacation budget looks like, you may want to consider something "all-inclusive" as it will save you substantial money overall. 4- Assuming you want to vacation away from Canada, do you and your B/F have the proper travel documents in order? (It is mandatory to at least have a visa/passport) 5- City of departure? Minor issues for sure yet important in that once resolved, it will be infinitely easier to locate the ideal vacation for you and your B/F that both of you will be very happy with. And again, depending on what your Travel budget looks like and when you want to leave, there are quite a few vacation deals to be had.
