Why do people move?

As most of you may have noticed, a lot of people are moving

from one state, province, or even country to another. My family

moved for their own reasons, well, to give me a better

education,but what is your experience in moving, in other

words, why did you and/or people you have known moved?

Travel Tips

1. My first move was to the country when I was 3. My Dad didn't want to raise his familly in the city.

2. I moved to the city for college. Then I moved from dorms to apartments and back to dorms, depending on my scholarship situation. During college, I also moved out of state fpr a job that was part of the school program.

3. After college I moved to Northern New England for a job.

4. I moved back to the Boston area to be with my boyfriend who I would eventually marry.

5. As we moved "up the ladder," we moved a total of five times.

6. Then I got divorced and it took two moves to get me into a house I loved. I sold it two years ago because it was too much to take care of.

7. Now I'm trying to sell my house so I can be closer to an art communiity, public transportation and my cousins who are also my closest friends!

kind of a broad question.
Well my great uncle moved away from Lousinana back in 1895 because he was responsible for accidentally burning down alomost an entire town.
I lived in Cal, Wyom, North Dokota, Texas, Louisianna, and even France every time it was for my father excepting promotions except the last time we downgraded so we could move back to Texas where we liked it.
