Pay as you go-travel websites?

Let me clarify my question. I recently booked two trips, one to Disneyland and another on a cruise. I went through www.disneyland.com and www.cruises.com. Both sites allow you to pick your vacation package and put a down payment and the rest, you pay as you go as long it is paid prior to your departure. Are there other websits that allow you to do that?

I don't think Travelocity let's you do this but Expedia does.
