Moving out of fresno?

young couple living in fresno.Recently lived in atlanta for ten years.Loved all it had to offer just became too crowded.Would like the african-american appeal on a smaller level.Also want affordable housing and steady job market.Where do i move to because fresno doesn't have any of this!!!
