Cruises??? I am interested in going on a cruise.? |
Travel Info I have never been on a cruise but have heard great things and want to experience it for myself. I dont know where to start in booking one or anything. The Bahamas or Jamica would be nice. Could anyone please give me some feedback to point me in the right direction and any other advice. If more info is needed please let me know. Thank you! So beginner cruiser...well first let's see...how many people are coming? That is important. Also how long can you be gone? Also something to consider. I big problem with beginner cruiser's is that they think good cheap prices are too expensive...so how much do you want to spend? IM me all this info and I'll see what I can do! The best advice I can give you is contact a Travel Agent that specializes in cruises. They will put you on a cruise that would be appropriate to your age, budget, time line, likes and dislikes, etc. You won't get that attention to detail on line, nor will you save any money. Travel agents are paid by the cruise line as are on line sites. I know this because my wife has her own travel business. It is always a good idea to go to a Travel Agency to get as much information as possible. You may find that a particular cruise to your liking is offering a discount or extras which you may not have gotton if you booked straight with the cruise. This is because they give information such as this to the Travel Agencies to help get their business to you rather than their competition. Also note that there is no commitment to be made to the Travel Agencies. You could leave with a bundle of cruise related brochures and relax at home to decide which one you wish to use.
