Going to Canada last year it was 200 per person each way. Not sure on the EU rules, technically because of free trade it should be unlimited, but customs might have something to say about that!!

from europe on the ferry i believe there is no limit anymore but you will have to have a convincing reason for 200,000 fags in a van once a week
I think its about 400 but most people stash quite a few in their suitcase,travel how many times? Im afraid i dont know,i think its about 3months to the states but i may be well out.
