wear a rash guard or that lycra UV long sleeved shirt they sell for surfing to avoid getting burned in your back (dont forget you'll be swimming face down most of the time so your back is really exposed) or better yet wear a wet suit (in case the waters cold) or wear a life vest which covers your back and will keep you afloat. enjoy!
